Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship the Merry Frenchie Advent Calendar worldwide. Shipping is free on every order.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Every figurine is hand-painted, so each calendar is checked before it leaves us.

 

DELIVERY TIME

After processing, delivery takes 5-8 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is normally 6-11 business days.

 

TRACKING

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your calendar ships. If it has not arrived and the tracking has not moved in 7 days, email us and we will chase it for you.

 

CHRISTMAS DEADLINE

Order by November 15 to have your calendar in hand for drawer #1 on December 1st. Orders placed after that date still ship, but we cannot guarantee a December 1st arrival.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you cover the return cost.
