If the calendar is not what you hoped for, message us within 30 days of ordering and we will make it right - a replacement or a full refund. No forms, no runaround.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email merryfrenchies@outlook.com with your order number and, if something arrived damaged, a photo. We reply within 24 hours with the next step.

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING PIECES

Every figurine is hand-painted and hand-finished, so small variations in paint and size (about 1-2 cm) are normal and are not considered defects. If a figurine arrives broken or a drawer is empty, send us a photo and we will ship a replacement at no cost - you do not need to return anything.

 

CONDITION FOR RETURNS

For a change-of-mind return, the calendar should be in the condition you received it, with the drawers intact. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. After it ships, the 30-day guarantee above applies.
